Failure to Appear at Hearing Causes Court to Revokes Fiduciary’s Administration Letters

The court noted a hearing was ordered on the Administrator’s fitness to continue serving as fiduciary.  Also, she was directed to account before her fitness hearing. The court noted the administrator did not appear or file an Accounting and revoked her letters of administration.  The Court always maintains the right and the obligation to supervise a fiduciary and acted here to removed a fiduciary who was not complying with the directions of the court and the requirements of the law.
